COVID-19 Policy

My COVID-19 Policy has been created to ensure all appointments can go ahead safely.​

I know it's boring - but it is super important for you to read the information on this page.

All clients must read this policy and declare that they have done so in the COVID-19 Health Screening Form sent via text 24 hours prior to their appointment.

To reduce the risk of infection, please read the following guidelines

and adhere to them when attending your appointment:

  • Once you have booked in, you will receive confirmation messages from 07480635871.

This number is linked to my booking system, and I would avoid replying to any of these messages where possible. However, I would recommend that you save this number as messages may be missed if you don't.

  • If you need to amend or cancel a booking, please feel free to contact me via WhatsApp on my personal number: 07922385193.

  • I do not allow walk in appointments. Please make an appointment online or via instagram/facebook/ text/email.

  • If you or a member of your family feel unwell, please DO NOT attend your appointment. Please ensure you let me know as soon as you can.

  • A Covid-19 Healthy Screening Form will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment via a confirmation text. Please complete this online as soon as possible. Your appointment cannot go ahead without this completed form.

  • Please do not arrive too early or too late for your appointment. I have allocated enough time in between appointments to clean the cabin top to toe. If you arrive early, you'll need to wait in your car until I tell you it's safe to come in. If you arrive late, I may have to turn you away.

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in your car and text me. I will come out to meet you when it is safe to do so.

  • Please attend your appointment alone.

  • Please bring your own face mask to wear throughout your appointment. Disposable face masks are available for a small fee.

  • There is no need for you to touch anything on your way into the cabin. Please allow me to open and close doors for you.

  • There is a hand washing station inside the cabin, and hand sanitiser available to use at all times. Please wash your hands as soon as you arrive.

  • Please do not bring a lot of personal belongings to your appointment. When you arrive there will be an allocated area for you to put your things. Once you have washed your hands, you will not be able to touch your belongings until the end of the appointment.

  • For the time being, there will be no refreshments available during your appointment. Please feel free to bring your own water bottle. This will need to be wiped down before the appointment starts.

  • I will not accept cash payments. Please pay by card or bank transfer. The limit for contactless is currently £45 or £100 with ApplePay.

To reduce the risk of infection:

  • I will cancel your appointment as soon as possible if I feel unwell. Unfortunately this may be an inconvenience for you... but ultimately your health, safety and well-being is priority.

  • I will be washing my hands before and after every appointment.​

  • I will be cleaning my tools (as usual) with the appropriate, medical grade products. I use Navy Pro Tools and their hygiene system is second to none. CLICK HERE for more information on this.

  • I will be spraying and wiping down all commonly touched surfaces between appointments with a medical grade disinfectant. I will also be keeping a log of the cleaning I have done, and when I have done it. I have ensured that my cabin is not cluttered, which will make it easier to clean.

  • I have upgraded my extractor fan to a HEPA filter which is commonly used to trap virus particles. The air in my cabin will be extremely clean.

  • I have a waste disposal agreement with CheaperWaste. They will be supporting me in disposing of all waste in a safe and hygienic way. All waste will be removed from the cabin between appointments and the bins sprayed with disinfectant.

  • I will be washing all towels and my clothing in a 60 degree wash.​

  • I will be wearing appropriate PPE such as a face mask, visor/goggles, gloves and disposable apron throughout the appointment. I will also be changing my clothes throughout the day.
